Working Principle

Accurate size separation of materials by standard test sieving.

Test Sieves work on the principle of size separation. The material sample is placed on the sieve and shaken either manually or mechanically using a sieve shaker.

Particles smaller than the mesh opening pass through the sieve, while larger particles are retained on the sieve surface. The retained material is then weighed to determine the particle size distribution of the sample.

The sieves are manufactured with precisely sized mesh openings as per standard specifications to ensure accurate and repeatable test results.
